Why is this item/option available for purchase, but the description says Sold Out?

Sometimes, some of our favorite and most loved products or options (such as a certain color, size, or design) sell out because of high demand. We try to make sure to let our customers know as soon as possible when an item is sold out by including "SOLD OUT" in the product description along with the date that the item should become available again. Many times we keep the item available for customers to pre-order before we get them in to ensure that the order is purchased and ready to be completed as soon as the product arrives. This is especially important for brides who are looking for a certain product color or size that is currently sold out, but will be available again before the date.

If you purchased a sold out item, we will contact you to confirm with you that you are ok with the delay in the production. We will keep you up-to-date on the estimated time of arrival. If you mistakenly purchased an item which is sold out and would like to cancel the purchase, please Contact Us and we will cancel and refund the order for you.

I sent an email message / "Contact Us" message. How long until I receive a response?

AlAeden strives to answer emails in a timely manner. Generally, we will try to return an email within 2-3 business hours from receipt. At peak or holiday seasons it may take up to 5 hours for a reply to be completed and sent due to the high volume of messages and orders coming in. AlAeden is open normal business hours Sunday to Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM QATAR Time. If it is after normal business hours or on the weekend, it may be the next business day before you receive a response.
